David is the Managing Principal of the Silk & Stewart Development Group's office in Phoenix, AZ. The Phoenix resident is a commercial real estate broker specializing in development transactions for national corporate franchise clients including Starbucks Coffee Co., Washington Mutual Bank, T.G.I. Friday's, Chili's and Blockbuster Video. Concentrating in tenant and landlord representation for retail developments throughout Arizona, Jarand is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

David has been an associate vice president at Phoenix Commercial Advisors, a real estate services company. He has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including five years in the real estate division of Egghead Software and five years with The Arizona Retail Group.
